ATO Induction Melting System

Induction Melting System (IMS) is an optional and easy-to-swap module designed to increase the capabilities of the ATO ultrasonic metal atomizers.

ATO Remote Control

The ATO Remote Control is a cutting-edge tablet-based system designed to enhance the operation of ATO ultrasonic metal atomizers. It provides users with real-time precision control, streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiency during metal powder production.

Passivation Module

The Passivation module designed for the 3D Lab is an automated system that is used to passivate powder materials by slowly adding oxygen to the powder container until it becomes resistant to further reaction with the environment. The passivation process is designed to be controllable and can take between 1-2 hours depending on the type of material being used. The passivation module is designed for use with 3D Lab powder containers, and the automated system ensures that the passivation process is performed safely with no risk of ignition or explosion.

Wire Feeding System

Single Rod Feeding System

The Single Rod Feeding System is an optional accessory designed for units in the ATO atomizer series, specifically tailored for atomizing metals using ultrasonic technology. It is exclusively compatible with this device.

Multi Rod Feeding System

Revolver Rod Feeding System

Enhanced metal powder production with multiple rods in revolver cylinder, supports up to 10 of 120 mm rods which is the same size as rods casted in the ATO Cast vacuum casting furnace for seamless workflow. Make own metal powders with high output applications with precise control of both rod rotation and feed speed on ATO atomizers.
